The partners

CIWM is the leading professional body for the waste management sector, representing over 6000 individuals in the UK and overseas, 2,500 of which are Chartered Waste Managers. A non profit-making organisation, CIWM champions the skills, competence and success of individual professionals, organisations, and the sector as a whole. It does this by influencing future legislation and policy, leveraging partnerships, delivering industry insights, providing advice and training, sharing knowledge, and recognising outstanding achievements.

ESA is the trade association for the UK’s resource and waste management sector. The association works with its members to transform waste and resource management across the country. This work helps enable our members to turn Britain’s waste into valuable resources, whilst continually protecting the environment.
